We are developing a nationwide network of facilities combining electrophysiology-focused ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) with co-located atrial fibrillation clinics—revolutionizing access to high-quality cardiac care. Our first facility will launch in Minneapolis in Summer 2026, serving as the blueprint for our national expansion.

The Opportunity: VP of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Current Clinic’s first ASC in Minneapolis and developing a scalable model for nationwide expansion. This role demands a dynamic, hands-on leader who can establish operational excellence, navigate healthcare regulations, and drive multi-site growth.
You will oversee all aspects of ASC operations, including clinical team recruitment, accreditation, compliance, payer contracting, revenue cycle management, and patient experience—setting the foundation for long-term success.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Launch the First ASC
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of Current Clinic’s first ASC in Minneapolis.
- Establish operational policies, workflows, and compliance monitoring.
- Oversee regulatory, Medicare certification, and accreditation processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing clinical team, including ASC administrators, nurses, and radiology technicians.
- Implement cost-effective procurement strategies for medical equipment and supplies.
- Optimize patient flow between the ASC and its co-located clinic.
- Scale & Expand Nationally
- Develop a replicable operational model for future ASCs.
- Drive multi-state expansion, adapting operational strategies for new markets.
- Lead payer negotiations and contracting for sustainable reimbursement structures.
- Oversee revenue cycle management and financial performance.
- Implement quality improvement programs, including risk management, infection control, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Strategic & Executive Leadership
- Build and empower site leadership teams, ensuring independent success.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and ASC operations.
- Drive data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Align operations with organizational growth goals and patient-centered care initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Leadership experience in catheter lab management (electrophysiology focus).
- Proven experience in people management and operational leadership.
- Preferred:
- Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations.
- Advanced degree (MHA, MBA, or related field).
- Expertise in Medicare certification, state regulatory compliance, and ASC accreditation.
- Knowledge of payer negotiations, contracting, and reimbursement strategies.
