Hand Director Needed for a Mission-Minded Orthopedic Group

With over 25 years of service caring for the patients of Medford, OR our orthopedic group is committed to expanding our OT Hand services. Our group of 18 surgeons has four dedicated hand specialists who are excited to add a director of hand therapy to our team of dedicated therapists. Our practice is committed to treating patients with respect and compassion while our team of therapists enjoy a relaxed and supportive work environment.

This is potentially a directorship opportunity! No CHT certification is needed if you have 2 years of hand experience!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary starts at $110,000 and is negotiable based on experience
• Enjoy the flexibility of a 4-day work week or a 5-day work week, no weekends!
