Respect – We believe in the importance of all stakeholders; and demonstrate high regard for each other and those we serve.
We treat people the way we want to be treated—with respect. We recognize that our clients, candidates, coworkers, and leaders have rights, opinions, wishes, experience, and competence. They also make mistakes, which are simply lessons to be learned; They have similar concerns and insecurities and share the common goal of wanting to perform their jobs successfully as we do. We treat people with courtesy, politeness, and kindness.
Excellence – We see good as a starting point, not the finish line, we seek to improve daily.
Excellence requires constant adaptation, innovation and vigilance. When we deliver excellence, we give of ourselves in a way that exceeds our own expectations. We strive to become an expert in our niche. We learn from mistakes and successes in equal measure; and we are open to personal change and continuous improvement.
Humility – We are thoughtful, truthful, and driven but never arrogant.
We value openness and curiosity to learn from anyone, anywhere. We seek and provide honest feedback. We put aside ego and empower others and are willing to admit a mistake. We never underestimate our competition and never overestimate our own personal contributions.
Commitment – We hold ourselves accountable by taking ownership of our results, our actions, and our words.
Commitment creates a bond of mutual trust, an understanding and obligation between us all. It’s a pledge to strive to achieve our “Core Purpose”. The stronger our commitment, the more likely we are to succeed as we refuse to give up or give in. We make more disciplined and productive decisions. Our commitment must be as much about not letting our teammates down, as it is about not letting ourselves down.
