The 2021 Healthcare Workforce Vaccine Mandate Survey was conducted via an online survey, emailed to a random sample of physicians and clinicians from AMP’s proprietary national database. Responses were collected from September 24, 2021 – October 18, 2021, with the large majority of the responses completed between Oct 6-18, 2021. The response rate among confirmed email recipients was 2.66%. The survey completion rate among those recipients who are confirmed to have viewed and/or started the survey was 74%.
