- $150 hourly rate with shift differentials plus 166hrs of PTO annually, not including Holidays, CME or Sick Leave (up to 440hrs available) Aggressive top earner made $450+
- Work only three 12hr shifts per week! Anything over 40hrs in a week=’s Time & ½
