This month in Dallas, executives from Adaptive Medical Partners spoke at a local healthcare conference and were featured in an article on the Texas physician shortage in D Magazine.

Adaptive Medical Partners was a gold tier sponsor and participant in the 2017 Healthcare Chief Medical Officer Summit held in Dallas, TX on October 16th and 17th.  The CMO Summit brought CMOs from across the country to The Highland Dallas for discussions and thought leadership on the ever changing landscape of healthcare and the roll CMOs play in effecting positive change.

AMP’s role at the Summit was as both contributor and presenter, specifically as it relates to physician shortages and the strategies necessary to turn the tide of this national crisis.  David Fontenot, President/Owner of Adaptive Medical Partners, and Tim Ketterman, Senior Director of recruiting both presented and lead discussions on the topic.  Mr. Fontenot presented on Physician Supply & Demand, with a focus on the direct causes of the shortage.  Mr. Ketterman joined a panel of other industry leaders for an interactive discussion of the physician shortage and what actions can and shold be taken today.  You can see a description of their presentations and the conference agenda here.  Adaptive Medical Partners was privileged to take part in the Summit and looks forward to continued involvement in helping shape the future of healthcare.

Scott Edwards, CEO/Owner of Adaptive Medical Partners, and Mr. Ketterman were both quoted in this month’s D Magazine, discussing the shortage of physicians here in Texas, and the current issues involved with getting visas for foreign physicians in North Texas.

We at Adaptive Medical Partners are in the conversation when it comes to the healthcare staffing and the jobs landscape. If you would like us to speak at your conference, or interview us for your healthcare research, please contact us.
